Turkasia may offer the following packages:
The Free package may provide basic features such as creating a company profile, viewing services and opportunities, following companies, and communicating with other users.
The Basic package may provide additional features or higher limits compared with the Free package, including the ability to create or submit a specified number of opportunities, services, or offers.
The Pro package may include expanded usage limits, unlimited or increased opportunities, services and offers, verification applications, analytics, and priority support.
The Enterprise package may include corporate features such as additional enterprise functionality, special badges, API access, integrations, and account management.
The actual features and pricing of each package are determined by the current information displayed on the applicable purchase screen.
Prices for paid packages are displayed clearly before purchase.
Prices may vary depending on:
country,
currency,
purchase channel,
applicable taxes,
promotions,
selected billing period.
Users can review the applicable price and subscription terms before completing a purchase.
Turkasia may offer monthly or annual subscription options for eligible packages.
Monthly subscriptions operate according to monthly billing periods beginning on the purchase date.
Annual subscriptions operate according to annual billing periods beginning on the purchase date.
Certain packages may offer discounted or otherwise different pricing for annual subscriptions.
Subscriptions with automatic renewal enabled may renew according to the conditions of the relevant purchase channel unless cancelled by the user.
Before purchase, users will be provided with clear information regarding:
total price,
billing period,
automatic renewal,
subscription features.
Users may cancel subscriptions through the platform on which the subscription was purchased.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed through Apple’s subscription management system.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed through Google Play’s subscription management system.
Subscriptions purchased through the website may be managed through the account or support channels provided by Turkasia.
Unless otherwise specified, cancellation may not terminate Premium access before the end of the current paid period.
Premium packages may include features such as:
verification applications,
expanded or unlimited offer submissions,
expanded or unlimited opportunity creation,
expanded or unlimited service creation,
analytics reports,
email notifications,
priority support,
enterprise functionality.
The inclusion of a feature in a package does not constitute an unlimited guarantee that the feature will always be provided in exactly the same form.
Turkasia reserves the right to improve or modify its features, subject to applicable law and relevant store requirements.
The availability of a verification application as part of a Premium package does not mean that verification will automatically be granted.
Verification may be evaluated based on:
the accuracy of submitted information,
required documentation,
applicable verification criteria.
Turkasia may occasionally offer promotional discounts or coupon codes.
Coupons may be subject to conditions including:
validity period,
eligible packages,
usage limits,
whether they can be combined with other promotions.
Turkasia may create new packages, modify package features, or discontinue certain packages.
Where significant changes affect existing subscriptions, applicable laws and the notification requirements of the relevant purchase platform will be taken into consideration.
Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or calculated separately depending on the user’s country and purchase channel.
Users should review the total amount and applicable tax information displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions offered through the mobile application may be subject to the applicable payment, subscription, and consumer rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Information concerning pricing and subscriptions displayed during an in-app purchase should remain consistent with the information presented by the relevant store.
Refunds are subject to the applicable purchase channel, the Turkasia Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the policies of the relevant application store.
